YOUR POSITION ON THE PITCH
As freelance AI multimedia designer at 433, you will collaborate with our creative team to produce high-impact football content for our global audience. You’ll design content we share on our social media platforms such as 433, 433nl, 433esports, and WomenFC, covering everything from breaking news to banter, from memes to matchday magic.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes football. You know what kit drops today, what meme went viral yesterday, and what moment is about to blow up.

YOUR PLAYER PROFILE
At 433, we're looking for creative freelancers who can plug into a fast-paced, AI-enhanced content environment and deliver consistently high-quality work.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier / After Effects);
Strong experience using AI tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to concept, iterate, and produce content at speed;
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to meet deadlines, working under pressure and a 24/7 mentality (also available in the evenings and weekends)
Creative thinker, familiar with telling stories in various visual formats, from video to static images.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality visuals and videos generated with AI tools
At least 3 years of experience creating football-related designs and concepts that clearly showcase your creative process
Excellent English communication skills
Work within North American or European time zone
