Franchise Sales Director – West Coast & Midwest

Sales Territory:
California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico, and additional territories as assigned.

This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory.

WHO YOU ARE

Sales Consultant
Partner with the Regional Vice President to drive franchise growth across the West Coast, Midwest, and Northwest regions. Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate independent brokerage owners and growth opportunities within assigned markets. Build and execute market penetration strategies, create conversion opportunities, and develop relationships that advance through the franchise sales pipeline. Understand and effectively communicate the Corcoran value proposition, growth strategy, and competitive differentiation.

Entrepreneurial & Results-Oriented
A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of outcomes. Demonstrates persistence, creativity, and accountability in building pipeline, creating opportunities, and driving business growth. Consistently seeks new ways to expand market presence and exceed growth objectives.

Strategic Sales Advisor
Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track prospect engagement, and maintain accurate forecasting. Develop market analyses, due diligence materials, and executive presentations to support prospect evaluation and business decisions. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within assigned markets and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborative Partner
Work closely with the RVP, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Operations, and Shared Services teams to maximize sales effectiveness. Leverage available resources, market intelligence, and tools to accelerate prospect movement through the sales funnel while maintaining ownership of key relationships and opportunities.
