Your mission is simple: help owners grow revenue, improve margins, and run great businesses.<br><br> </div><div>This is not a passive support role—you’ll be in the trenches coaching owners, analyzing numbers, solving problems, and driving results.<br><br> </div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br> </div><div>Drive Franchise Performance<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Coach franchise owners to hit revenue, profit, and growth targets</li> <li>Hold owners accountable to KPIs, scorecards, and business goals</li> <li>Identify underperformance and implement clear action plans</li> <li>Support new franchise ramp-up and early-stage growth</li> </ul><div>Financial & KPI Coaching<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Analyze P&Ls, labor %, marketing spend, and profitability</li> <li>Help owners improve pricing, margins, and cash flow</li> <li>Track key metrics like average job size, close rate, and cost per lead</li> <li>Benchmark performance across the system and share best practices</li> </ul><div>Operations & Execution<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Ensure franchisees follow proven systems, SOPs, and brand standards</li> <li>Improve efficiency in scheduling, routing, and job execution</li> <li>Troubleshoot real-world issues (staffing, trucks, logistics, customer service)</li> <li>Conduct field visits and operational audits</li> </ul><div>Sales & Marketing Coaching<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Coach owners on lead generation, local marketing, and referrals</li> <li>Improve sales processes, call handling, and conversion rates</li> <li>Support execution of company marketing initiatives</li> <li>Ride along on sales calls and coach teams in real time</li> </ul><div>Team Development<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Help franchisees hire, train, and retain strong teams</li> <li>Coach leadership skills and accountability within each location</li> <li>Deliver onboarding and ongoing training</li> </ul><div>Strategic Impact<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across territories</li> <li>Provide feedback to leadership on what’s working (and what’s not)</li> <li>Help scale best practices across the entire franchise system</li> </ul><div>What We’re Looking For<br><br> </div><ul> <li>3+ years in operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management</li> <li>Strong financial acumen (you understand a P&L and key business drivers)</li> <li>Experience in home services, junk removal, or blue-collar industries is a big plus</li> <li>Proven ability to drive results—not just give advice</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li> <li>Comfortable holding people accountable and having tough conversations</li> <li>Highly organized, data-driven, and action-oriented</li> <li>Willing and able to travel regularly</li> </ul><div>What Success Looks Like<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Franchise owners consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs</li> <li>Increased revenue and profitability across locations</li> <li>Strong operational execution and brand consistency</li> <li>Engaged, accountable, high-performing franchisees</li> </ul><div>Why Join VETS?<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Be part of a fast-growing franchise with real momentum</li> <li>Direct impact on business owners’ success and income</li> <li>High-autonomy role with leadership visibility</li> <li>Opportunity to grow as the brand scales</li> </ul> </div> <p>Flexible work from home options available.</p>
