This critical role is designed to enhance our sales capacity and streamline processes while our founder is focusing on driving growth and investor relations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an innovative company that is spearheading advanced solutions in SaaS.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full sales cycle from the initial meeting to closure.</li> <li>Handle contract negotiations to ensure swift closing processes.</li> <li>Partner with the founder to offload sales call responsibilities while enhancing customer engagement.</li> <li>Maintain and update CRM activities to accurately reflect the sales pipeline.</li> <li>Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product developments.</li> <li>Focus on executing sales strategies that align with the company's long-term growth targets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record in selling HR tech or HR SaaS solutions to senior executives.</li> <li>Experience working with senior executives is highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle contract discussions effectively.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear manner.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to driving sales.</li> <li>Experience with managing a sales cycle from initial engagement to close, preferably within a two-week to two-month turnaround.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM software and strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Openness to working in a fractional capacity, with potential to transition to a full-time role.</li> <li>Preference for candidates based in the US, although remote opportunities are available for fractional roles.</li> </ul>
