How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
• Supports Flight Operations Employee Engagement & DEI team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience.
• Supports Flight Operations events strategy and coordinates event planning and logistics.
• Assist in measuring success of events and initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-departmental teams, including Flight Operations Communications team, Propel, Pilot Outreach, and Training & Standards to effectively implement and communicate engagement initiatives.
• Anticipates challenges and roadblocks and plans appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• This position is not full time and cannot exceed 35 hours a week or less than 10 hours a week
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, engagement, marketing, or related field.
• Must have established organization skills and dedication to teamwork.
• Must be curious, proactive, self-starting, highly motivated, people oriented, and reliable.
• Must have a demonstrated experience executing multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
• Must have a demonstrated ability of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be willing to travel and work evenings.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
