Role Responsibilities
• Build, operate, and enhance integrated 3-statement financial models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow projections.
• Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses including DCF with WACC build-out, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Develop and refine deal models such as LBOs, merger models, and accretion/dilution analyses to evaluate transaction impacts.
• Design specialized models including sale-leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV frameworks.
• Support complex transactions such as spin-offs, carve-outs, RMTs, and IP licensing structures.
• Perform advanced due diligence including unit economics, cohort analysis, and vertical performance reviews.
• Clearly communicate modeling assumptions, outputs, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proven experience at top-tier firms in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or strategic finance roles.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring methodologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with DCF, LBO, M&A, and industry-specific financial modeling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data integrity and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, high-performance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
