Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and put away inventory in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, including selecting, packing, and labeling products, as well as ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory and supplies around the warehouse.
- Work at heights up to 40 feet, using ladders, stairs, and other equipment to access high shelves and storage areas.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury and ensure safety.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and problems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and improve processes.
- Ensure product quality, checking for damage and defects, and reporting any issues to management or quality control.
