Key Responsibilities Accurately enter shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Monitor tracking and shipping statuses, updating details in real-time to ensure seamless operations. Assist with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues promptly.
