**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have the right to work in India
* Possess strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
* Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
