What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Enrollment Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our enrollment services, representing our commitment to excellence in customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Enrollment Services: Guide customers through the TSA PreCheck enrollment process, helping them realize an easier, more streamlined flying experience. You will initiate background checks and process applications for various federal and state programs, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success.
- Identity Verification: Verify customer identity with precision and attention to detail, scanning required documents into our secure database system. You will take professional passport photos and ensure all documentation meets government standards.
- Biometric Data Capture: Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric data capture processes, and associated paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security.
- Retail Sales Excellence: Lead government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity products and services. Engage and present solutions that drive sales while keeping the customer's needs at the forefront of every interaction.
- Warm Greetings and Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet all customers with a professional and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their entire shopping and enrollment experience.
- Product and Service Presentation: Present products and solutions effectively, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our service offerings and how they benefit customers. Use your sales acumen to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Operational Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned within the store. During your 8-10 week onboarding period, you will be cross-trained to support other areas of the store, gaining valuable experience across multiple functions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting for fingerprinting equipment and retail technology. Ensure all devices are functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly.
- Office Equipment Operation: Operate keyboards, photocopiers, scanners, and other office equipment efficiently. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age and Citizenship: Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen.
- Schedule Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, scanner, and other office equipment with confidence.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service-related experience is required. You should thrive in face-to-face interactions and enjoy helping others.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move materials in the 10-50 pound range. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks throughout your shift.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
