As a Trip Assignment Specialist, you will be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Trip Assignment Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Assign trips to dispatchers**: You will be responsible for assigning approximately 700-900 trips per night to our dispatchers using our Health-E Rides system. This will involve carefully reviewing trip requests, determining the most suitable dispatcher for each trip, and ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded. * **Determine dispatcher eligibility**: You will need to determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member. This requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. * **Stack trips to contracted Care Partners**: You will be responsible for stacking trips to our contracted Care Partners, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and that trips are assigned efficiently. * **Answer inbound calls**: You will occasionally answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Coordinate evening trips**: You will be responsible for coordinating evening trips as they come in, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and that trips are assigned efficiently. * **Assist with Care Partner related administrative tasks**: You will assist with administrative tasks related to our Care Partners, including payment processing and other related duties. * **Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets**: You will assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk, providing timely and professional support to our members and internal teams. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation**: You will need to have previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation, with a strong understanding of transportation systems and processes. * **Healthcare experience preferred**: While not essential, healthcare experience is preferred, as you will be working with members who require medical transportation. * **Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts**: You will need to be consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts, including Monday (night) to Friday (night) from 11:30pm to 8am PT. **Preferred Qualifications** In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: * **Experience with Health-E Rides system**: Experience with the Health-E Rides system is preferred, as you will be working with this system on a daily basis. * **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with dispatchers, Care Partners, and members on a regular basis. * **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**: You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and responsibilities competing for your attention. **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Attention to detail**: You will need to have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and process trip information. * **Organizational skills**: You will need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. * **Communication skills**: Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with dispatchers, Care Partners, and members. * **Problem-solving skills**: You will need to be able to think critically and solve problems quickly, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits.
