Key Responsibilities

- Offer additional products and/or services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications
- Strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Technical support experience preferred, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Open availability, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet productivity standards

- Technical support experience, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, with a strong foundation in mobile devices and operating systems

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, analyze data, and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a solid understanding of software applications, hardware components, and network protocols
