Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical support by answering customers' questions on Design for Manufacturability (DFx) and blithequark's manufacturing capabilities, showcasing our expertise and building trust.
- Consult with prospects and customers to identify potential applications of blithequark technology, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific challenges and enhance their operations.
- Demonstrate blithequark's capabilities, including our software quoting platform, to prospects and customers, illustrating the value and efficiency our technology brings to the manufacturing process.
- Support internal teams by providing valuable feedback and content for marketing collateral, ensuring that our messaging is accurate, informative, and engaging.
- Act as an industry thought leader by participating in events and webinars, sharing insights and expertise to position blithequark as a leader in the custom manufacturing sector.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical field, with a preference for a background in mechanical engineering or a related technical degree.
- A strong knowledge base of various manufacturing processes across multiple industries, enabling the ability to understand and address diverse customer needs.
- Comfort with technical discussions and the ability to deliver executive-level presentations, demonstrating confidence and expertise in communicating complex ideas.
