As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on the most recognized brand in the world, collaborate with world-class leaders, and stay at the forefront of emerging digital platforms and marketing insights. **Job Summary** As a Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships and innovation within the FSOP Business Development Center of Excellence. You'll serve as the strategic bridge between arenaflex and our potential and existing customers, representing their perspective and voice in how our brands and capabilities can best serve their needs. Your expertise will help us secure new business, drive new category growth, and successfully manage our continued pipeline of renewals through the development of content, effective stewardship materials, and other commercial tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead all growth/customer marketing related activities for the new Business Development COE, including developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and customer engagement. * Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in the Code 10 pipeline, identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation. * Serve as team lead with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs, including Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, Commercial, and other teams. * Support the strategic development of customer stewardship materials to provide improved support of Code 10 & Code 5 efforts being led by other FSOP customer teams. * Provide customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, identifying when additional customer marketing research may be required to position arenaflex to win new business or retain existing customers. * Identify key trends and gaps within our value bundle (i.e., food/bev pairings), and connect with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions and commercialize best practices. * Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders that stewards Code 10 and Code 5 marketing strategies using various tools to gain alignment (e.g., newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, etc.). * Build impactful relationships through industry engagements, driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * 10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with a background/experience working with Foodservice customers. * Functional skills: + Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally within FSOP. + Demonstrated ability to develop unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies, preferably with Code 10 customers. + Strong communication & influencing skills. + Comfortable leading through complex, long-term projects. + Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation. + Thrive in ambiguity. + Planning and organizing. + Capable of leading through change. + Fast and agile learner. **Travel** Approximately 20-30% travel is required for this role, with opportunities to visit top customers, industry events, and arenaflex offices around the world. **What We Can Do For You** * Challenging Work: Our unique global system offers constant opportunities to develop world-class skills and a truly international career. * Iconic Brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter. * Exposure to World Class Leaders: Availability to global marketing leaders that will expand your network and expose you to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights. **Skills** * Media Planning * Sponsorships * Local Advertising * Shopper Marketing * Marketing Activation * Competitor Analysis * Digital Media Strategy * Creative Briefs * Marketing Strategies * SWOT Analysis * Brand Positioning * Group Problem Solving * Social Media Strategies * Channel Management **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business growth and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
