Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain subscribers, driving customer satisfaction, usage, and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, TPM, and Customer Service, to ensure that our subscribers receive exceptional experiences that make a meaningful difference for our business. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will analyze marketing performance metrics and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and develop innovative solutions to drive membership adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns to acquire new subscribers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, CRM/email, app, and website pages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, TPM, and Customer Service teams to ensure that subscribers receive exceptional experiences that drive business results.
• Write and review briefs and admission requests for campaigns and activities that support the growth of our membership business.
• Work closely with Product, Business Development, and our On-site Experience Group to align marketing strategies with product upgrades, promotions, and events, ensuring a seamless customer journey and experience.
• Partner with Content and Creative teams to develop compelling membership-related copy/content and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all customer-facing initiatives.
• Review and approve customer-facing assets, communications, and campaigns related to memberships, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and effectiveness.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value, to inform data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive membership growth and retention, leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalization.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The following qualifications are essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer marketing (B2C), e-commerce, technology, or gadgets industries.
• 4+ years of experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive membership growth and retention.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and customer experiences, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• 4+ years of experience working across digital marketing channels, including paid and organic social, search, display, video, and on-site promotions.
• 4+ years of experience writing customer-facing content and leading creative teams, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in marketing campaign development and execution.
• 4+ years of experience executing revenue-driving marketing campaigns across multiple regions and countries, with a strong understanding of cultural and market nuances.
• 4+ years of experience managing and scaling a high volume of creative assets and campaign types in parallel, with a strong attention to detail and a ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
