Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Content Valuation and Analytics to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing valuations, delivering critical analytic insights, and assisting in the development of strategic content pricing models. Key Responsibilities Establish arm's length-based content pricing and prepare quarterly close and financial planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified by arenaflex's streaming services. Consolidate quarterly regional content valuation submissions, identify key variance drivers, and distill results into actionable insights for senior management. Assist in preparing long-range and budget planning deliverables, as needed, and partner with finance stakeholders to improve process efficiencies and best practices. Curate and synthesize large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations, resulting in actionable insights that inform business decisions. Maintain and update content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards, for network and cable primetime applications. Participate in various ad-hoc projects to introduce new concepts and enhance your understanding of key principles across the spectrum of content distribution and licensing. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA company. Self-starter, creative, flexible, and proactive, with a willingness to pitch in anywhere needed and work under minimal supervision. Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, identify, and execute value-added procedures and process upgrades. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across all levels of management. Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools, with a proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong financial modeling skills required. Required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas, such as INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and nested IF statements.
