Experienced Sales Support Analyst – Data Management, Analytics & Customer Insights ($32/Hour)

Your Mission: In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations through comprehensive data management and visualization. Your work will directly influence our brand's visibility, sales performance, and customer experience. You will be the essential resource for your team regarding all matters related to data management, analysis, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Data Analysis

• Responsible for data management, flow, cleansing, and representation of sales execution across designated regions
• Manage and analyze data for regions in scope - including Spain, Portugal, and Italy with categories spanning Snacks, Refreshments, and Food
• Create compelling data visualizations for top arenaflex brand performance including our flagship products across multiple channels, categories, and customers
• Run ad-hoc investigations using comprehensive data including volumes, net income, and performance versus targets to identify market bottlenecks, strengths, and opportunities
• Develop, refresh, and deliver scorecards per channel and/or customer to track key performance indicators
• Drive "zero touch" automation of scorecards for live data visualization using Power BI

Strategic Support

• Support Key Account Managers with data-driven insights to develop winning negotiation strategies with customers
• Serve as the primary resource for the team concerning all data management and representation needs
• Assist Team Leaders with data visualization for presentations to Senior Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to overall sales strategy development

What You Will Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build solid relationships across various channels and departments
• Personal Attributes: High proactivity, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in data analysis, sales support, or business intelligence roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise resource planning tools
• Understanding of consumer goods industry dynamics and market trends
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
