Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Must have open availability during hours of operation, including weekends as needed
- Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
