Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and efficient support to the team. Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing support and guidance as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field being a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment, with the ability to work remotely and maintain productivity.
