Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative positions based in or near Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and patients, handling inbound calls related to pharmacy services, health benefits, claims inquiries, and general healthcare navigation support.
