Job Description: Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide product and service information, resolve technical issues, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective support to customers
- Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing
- Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Understand and troubleshoot common issues with internal and external proprietary software, providing solutions to customers
- Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team
Essential Qualifications:
- Reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- Proactive and able to prioritize work, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass a background check
- Meet the minimum equipment requirements, including a reliable computer and internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum Equipment Requirements:
To ensure seamless performance, we require our team members to meet the following equipment requirements:
- Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space
- Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (note that some client programs may not support Windows 8.1); Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5 processor
- Internet connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps (Wi-Fi is not supported)
