About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain technical understanding of issues affecting customer product lines and coordinate containment and rectification plans
  • Establish and maintain "in-service" client relationships, ensuring contractual commitments are met or exceeded
  • Direct and drive client activities through MRO Service Delivery Association and specialty unit partners on key account contract expectations
  • Create, manage, and deliver customer performance metrics, and conduct/lead customer business reviews through balanced scorecards as required
  • Ensure internal specialty unit partners clearly understand technical aspects of account contract(s) and key expectations
  • Utilize logical or computational procedures, such as probability models, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition, data visualization, predictive analysis, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, or other similarly advanced techniques
  • Document assigned parts of projects, including business objectives, data collection and processing, driving strategies, final calculation, detailed set of results, and insightful metrics
  • Assist in creating materials to explain project findings and raise issues and roadblocks as they occur
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers, and may interact with external partners to provide semi-routine information connected with assigned tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, and performance reporting
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience in the airline industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of MRO Service Delivery Association and specialty unit partners
  • Familiarity with balanced scorecards and customer performance metrics
  • Experience with machine learning, data mining, or other advanced analytical techniques
  • Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a related field
