Position Summary
The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. U.S. Eligibility Requirements

- 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Willing to submit to a background investigation, as any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Following up on missing information to ensure the timely processing of claims
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration
- Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
