**Essential Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and experience with sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
