Summary of Position
We are looking for highly skilled and customer-oriented Remote Call Center Agents who can provide high-level customer service solutions to our clients. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making consistent outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all your interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls to clients and customers, using the tools and scripts provided by AnswerNet and our clients
- Provide high-level customer service solutions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Document all customer interactions, using our proprietary software and systems
- Upsell products and services, as appropriate, to drive sales and revenue growth
- Set appointments and schedule follow-up calls, as needed, to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and customers
- Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions, to ensure that you are always up-to-date and informed
Essential Qualifications
- At least one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer and call scripting (required for remote candidates)
- A clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level people skills, active listening skills, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting performance targets and goals
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to all our agents
- High School diploma or GED, with basic computer skills and computer literacy (required)
- Experience in an Outbound environment, with a strong understanding of contact management principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong technical skills, with experience using software and systems such as CRM, dialers, and helpdesk platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues and concerns
