Key Responsibilities
- Registers sales on assigned sales register, provides clients with considerate, fair, and professional checkout service
- Utilizes pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions
- Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services
- Resolves client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive client experience
- Models and offers client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a particular and brilliant client experience
- Recommends items available for purchase to clients and suggests exchange up as well as sidekick items
- Registers client purchases on assigned sales register, collects cash, and disseminates change as mentioned
- Keeps counters and retires clean and well-promoted, takes stock, and maintains records
- Performs obligations as assigned by Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data
- Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Organization policies and procedures corresponding to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
- PTCB certification (preferred)

- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
