**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Perception Chief to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our data. As a Perception Chief, you'll be responsible for examining, deciphering, and presenting complex data insights in a clear and compelling way. You'll work closely with our Information and Examination Leads, Item Supervisors, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and create data-driven solutions that drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret large volumes of data from various sources, including internal and external data sets
* Develop and maintain dashboards, datasets, and models to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand partner needs and create data-driven solutions
* Present complex data insights in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders at all levels
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize data-driven decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, with a focus on PowerBI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics
* Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in business or related field
* Experience working with external data sources, such as Nielsen and commercial market data
* Certification in data analytics or visualization, such as PowerBI or Tableau
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools, such as Jira and Slack
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
