About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Northern Kentucky. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting customers with their orders and accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Offer additional products and services to customers, while personalizing the experience for each caller

- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data as required

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with technology, including multiple systems and screens
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and work in a home office setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Knowledge of retail or ecommerce industry
