Key Responsibilities
- Making a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management.
- Receiving and managing work assignments through Excel, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Reaching out to 30 new members daily, making three separate outreach attempts at different times and days within the designated timeframe.
- Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with members.
- Utilizing basic software skills, including ERP and CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and update records.
- Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Service Auditor or related certification.
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment.
What We Offer
blithequark offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.5 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. The role is scheduled for a first shift, 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
