If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we invite you to join our team. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Additional Information** * This is a remote position, and you'll be working from home * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: + Company equity program + Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance + Unlimited paid time off + Paid family leave + Short-term disability + 401k plan + Reimbursement for education and professional development + Employee assistance program * Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
