What You'll Do: A Day in the Life

- Process Transactions: You'll handle routine transactions including transfers, payments, and account inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Handle Complex Transactions: As you grow in your role, you'll process advanced transactions including IRAs, CDs, account openings, wire transfers, and member disputes – all while maintaining calm and composure.
- Stay Current: You'll immerse yourself in financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances to ensure you're always providing the best possible guidance.
- Collaborate and Share: You'll share your knowledge of effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities with your teammates, contributing to our collective success.

Position Details
- Schedule: Flexible schedule Monday through Saturday, 40 hours per week
- Location: Corporate headquarters
- Equipment: Standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets
- Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity, ability to lift files, and perform standard office tasks. The role involves sitting, standing, and moving throughout the workday.
