We believe in empowering our employees to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Responding to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and up-to-date information on benefits, services, and resources offered by arenaflex * Resetting Personal Identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system * Gathering information, researching, and resolving inquiries, and documenting customer calls * Reading and interpreting documents on file * Retaining a large amount of information and staying alert and responsive * Escalating calls as necessary and communicating options for resolution in a timely manner * Reviewing customer needs and informing customers of services and resources available to them **Qualifications and Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or GED * Bilingual skills are a plus * Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs * Typing speed of at least 25 WPM * Ability to successfully complete a background check * Weekend and holiday availability may be required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required * Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * $16.50 per hour pay rate (bi-weekly pay) * Paid training with equipment provided * Full-time schedule (40 hours a week) * Career growth opportunities * Full benefit options, including: + Paid time off and paid vacation + BCBSIL Health and Dental benefits, including free Vision insurance + 401k with employer match **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive, employee-friendly culture that fosters growth, learning, and well-being.
