Job Overview

This role involves designing and developing learning programs that incorporate multiple aspects, including practical experience in designing digital, blended, and classroom-based training content, stakeholder management, setting and monitoring Instructional Design standards, coaching other LXDs, owning the end-to-end curriculum lifecycle, and continuously raising the bar on instructional integrity of our learning experiences. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning content, managing curriculum maintenance, mentoring new LXDs, and contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates.

About the Team

The WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at arenaflex is a dynamic and diverse team comprising LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers. Our primary responsibility is to create great learning experiences for associates and investigators to support them during new hire, upskill, and other trainings that provide them with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You should be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Additionally, you should be proficient in using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
