About the Role

As a Health Advocate and Outbound Call Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our Healthy Outcomes Team, conducting outreach to our Medicare members to inspire and encourage healthy behaviors through innovative, compassionate, and empathetic telephonic communications. Your goal will be to ensure that every member has a clear understanding of the available benefits under their Medicare plan for specific screenings and medications. You'll facilitate provider, pharmacy, and member outreach telephonically to ensure Medicare members receive important health services, medications, and resources to improve Star health outcomes.
