Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking support. You will be responsible for conducting records submission, clerical tasks, and providing assistance with various job approaches and procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless customer experiences by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound consumer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries.
- Update and maintain customer phone call databases, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
- Provide management support, including profile page creation and updating.
- Perform filing, information admittance, and document production tasks.
- Create and update client service issue tickets.
- Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the client assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow jobs from teams such as word-processing, data entry, and internet investigation tasks.
- Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers. Escort and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference rooms and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment.
- Perform general office roles, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.
- Responsible for checking and ordering supply products.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely.
