Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Availability Manager (TM1) to join our team, reporting to the Operations Lead. As an Availability Manager, you will supervise our 24x7 centralized operations staff, ensuring the identification, prioritization, and resolution of operational issues to meet service levels and objectives. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement moderately complex core business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service
- Lead Incident Response during critical outages, ensuring proper notification to management and customer POCs
- Evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product, addressing performance issues and making recommendations for personnel actions
- Prepare Daily Reports on Incidents/Change/Problem tickets and SLA status, as well as summary reports on all Major incidents occurring on shift
- Prepare Operations Center scheduling, ensuring seamless 24x7 operations
- Communicate professionally with all levels of personnel, from technicians to senior management, utilizing strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in networking and desktop support, leveraging experience with enterprise management monitoring tools such as HP Openview, Solarwinds, or Splunk
- Utilize ITSM tools such as Remedy, Service Now, Service Manager, or equivalent to manage incidents, problems, and changes
Essential Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
Desired Qualifications
- 8570 Certification
- Experience with ITSM tools and enterprise management monitoring tools
- Strong technical skills in networking and desktop support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,300 - $112,500 yearly, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
