Position Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agents to join our customer relations team. As a remote agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal will be to delight our valuable pharmacy customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility in your work schedule, including availability to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and letter, providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching and interpreting company procedures and policies to ensure that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Work effectively in a remote environment, using technology and tools to manage and prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
- Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office.
- Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to complete a paid company training program.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Prior inbound Call Center experience.
- Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment.
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.

- Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 per hour to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $34.15.
