**The Role: Partner Plan Administrator**
We're seeking an experienced and talented Partner Plan Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Partner Plan team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing innovative experience design and brand development strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and goals
* Create and present compelling experience design pitches that showcase arenaflex's capabilities and expertise
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative experiences that meet client needs and exceed expectations
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brand portfolio and client needs, using this knowledge to inform design and development decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our work
* Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions, using design thinking principles to drive innovative solutions
* Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work, showcasing arenaflex's capabilities and expertise

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on experience design and brand development
* Strong portfolio of work that showcases experience design and brand development expertise
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
