Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with local and broader site teams, company EHS training team, and data center education team to ensure training is developed and deployed in accordance with regulations and business needs * Conducting job risk analysis, identifying controls, and approving work permits * Overseeing on-site contractors and vendors * Leading or participating in incident investigations, developing corrective actions, and driving actions to closure * Engaging in EHS audits and tests * Supporting chemical and hazardous materials management * Complying with record-keeping and reporting requirements for air, water, and waste permits * Performing business hygiene tests * Supporting corporate EHS initiatives to enhance control systems, standards improvement, and technology systems **Key Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of vast-based EHS experience, with a strong emphasis in construction, contractor management, and data center preservation and operations * Strong knowledge of facilities management, engineering, production, environmental control, physical safety (e.g., working at height, electrical isolation, medium voltage, confined space, PPE), fire/life safety, and industrial hygiene * Excellent company, project management, data analytics, and problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to persuade without authority * Ability to learn and use software applications for data management, online file collaboration, and digital meetings * Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Ability to respond quickly with clear and accurate input to a range of stakeholders * Strong collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset * Solid knowledge of applicable consensus standards and federal, national, and local regulations **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant EHS field is desired * Relevant technical certifications, such as CSP or CIH, are preferred * Ability to support after-hours emergency response **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote-friendly company, arenaflex offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.
