About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Researcher at Walmart, you will be responsible for tackling complex business challenges by extracting insights and opportunities from our vast global data repository. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced data models to extract insights from complex and unstructured data sources
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work with business stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop and deploy data infrastructure and tools
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistics
* Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data engineering and architecture, including data pipelines and data warehouses
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Experience with deep learning and natural language processing
* Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
* Experience with data governance and quality processes
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
