**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Managing all new employee records, including terminations, salary increases, and direct deposits
* Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
* Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Preparing manual checks as required
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry and financial processing
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or finance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
* Experience with Ultipro is an asset, but not required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in business or finance
* Experience in payroll processing and financial analysis
