* Completing service orders to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize functional delays
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to provide expert solutions
**Key Obligations**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client care demands and determining the specialized assistance issue (i.e., programming or equipment related) and maintaining trust in TSG
* Speaking with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or programming breakdown, client mistake, etc.)
* Exploring distinguished issues by getting clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal
* Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled
* Conducting circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally
* Finishing administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues
**Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
