Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share our vision and are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and administrative services to our customers. You'll be responsible for conducting records submission, clerical work, and data entry, as well as managing customer interactions, updating customer profiles, and creating and updating service issue tickets. You'll also be responsible for managing the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, and performing general office tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, information access, and document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, as well as overflow work from teams including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers.
