You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer support, and administrative duties. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, clients, work applicants, and customers.
