Our team of talented professionals is dedicated to creating immersive experiences that captivate and inspire audiences everywhere. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of talented professionals in a remote role. As a Senior Information Architect, you will be responsible for planning and executing ETL/ELT data pipelines, designing and implementing data set mapping/tables/perspectives, and building batch processes using Wind current for various projects. You will work closely with our Studios or Project Innovation colleagues to gather information requirements, design and implement data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our Studios or Project Innovation colleagues to gather information requirements, design and implement data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity * Plan and execute ETL/ELT data pipelines using Wind current for various projects * Design and implement data set mapping/tables/perspectives * Build batch processes using Wind current * Work with a variety of technologies including SQL, Python, Docker, Gitlab, Wind stream, Snowflake, Looker, and PostgreSQL * Participate in driving best practices around data engineering software development processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of experience with SQL * 2 years of experience planning, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines * 2 years of experience with cloud-based technologies, ideally AWS and S3 * 3 years of experience in an Information Designing role * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and application data sets * Experience with Apache Wind current, Databricks, and Gitlab/Github **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Wind current, Gitlab, Snowflake, and Scene * Graduate degree in Software engineering, Science, Designing, or a connected field * Experience in streaming, media, or digital marketing area * Strong understanding of data engineering software development processes * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $30/hour * Flexible remote work arrangement * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the entertainment industry * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual with a strong background in data engineering and a desire to contribute to the magic of Disney from the comfort of their own home.
