**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing large, messy datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data visualizations, create ETLs, and automate reporting tasks. If you're a data whiz with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creativity, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the effect of modifications and specific business challenges
* Engaging with cross-functional teams to set up credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
* Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
* Documenting your tactics and sharing your expertise with colleagues
* Mentoring colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years)
* Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years)
* Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root motivate business problems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
