As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive plans for gathering, maintaining, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for collecting, maintaining, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem * Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable consumer information * Investigate potential opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve consumer profiles and segmentation * Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives * Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration * Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with privacy regulations and industry standards * Develop and execute strong data governance cycles to obtain explicit consent from consumers for data collection and usage **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, data analytics) * At least 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics * Strong understanding of data analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting methodologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, data analytics) * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Certification in data analytics or marketing automation (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) **Skills and Competencies** * Data-driven approach to customer engagement and retention * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
