Your duties will include: * Connecting with veterinary centers to arrange prescription pickups, resolve client issues, and explain order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners * Collaborating with colleagues to share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of continuous growth and development * Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone, using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts * Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) * The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required) * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills * The ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and work schedule requirements * The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * A clean background check **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * A competitive salary and opportunities for wage increases * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * A 401(k) plan with company matching * A generous employee discount program * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A fun and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * And much more! **How to Apply** Ready to join our team?
