blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our team, focusing on our flagship cloud data warehousing solution, similar to Amazon Redshift. As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineering, product, and operations teams. You will work closely with some of our largest and most strategic customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensure seamless onboarding of large-scale customers, and drive automation of repetitive processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with large-scale customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adoption of our cloud data warehousing solution.
- Assist pre-sales teams in onboarding large-scale customers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations.
- Automate repetitive processes and develop tools to enhance customer experience, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and drive feature prioritization.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use-cases, configurations, and architectures, providing technical guidance and recommendations to ensure optimal solution utilization.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in cloud computing, data warehousing, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in cloud-based data warehousing solutions, including architecture, design, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data governance principles.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
