**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional financial service support to our clients during the overnight hours. You'll engage with clients, facilitate consumer loan approvals, manage payment solutions, and address client inquiries effectively. This is a fully remote position that starts with a week of training from 8 AM to 5 PM before transitioning to the third shift schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with clients both as an initiator and responder of calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements.
* Diligently document all client interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is accurately captured for future reference.
* Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
* Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions.
